Who it’s for.

EXCEL is for the executive who runs operations at a large Canadian organization, in any sector. If all three of these are true, you belong in the room.

Your role

You lead operations at the executive level.

You are the COO, or the senior executive accountable for how the organization runs day to day.

Who you report to

You report to the CEO or the board.

Or to the President, Executive Director, or equivalent. You sit on the senior leadership team.

This is the one we hold firm on.
